Designing experiences
that solve real problems.
Hi, I'm Aishwary. I work as a design strategist, which mostly means helping people turn early-stage ideas into products that actually work for the ones using them. Most of my work sits somewhere between strategy, platform design, branding, and design systems, with a bit of everything else along the way.
Most briefs hide the real problem somewhere underneath them, so my first move is usually to slow things down and ask the awkward questions. Once the thinking lines up and everything starts to click, the rest moves quickly. Designs, wireframes, prototypes, they tend to fall into place after that.
Most designers leave too early. I try not to. Once a design is approved, the real work is making sure it actually ships, with proper assets, clean specs, and a few late-night Slack messages when something breaks. Process keeps me honest. Creativity keeps it interesting. Both matter equally.

Skillset that matters
Design Strategy
Helping founders, product managers, and policy teams shape rough ideas into solutions that ship.
Design Leadership
Leading design direction across teams and projects, with care for both craft and the people doing it.
Platform Design
End-to-end product design, from early positioning and flows through to final screens.
Engineering-Aware Design
A developer's training before a designer's, which makes the handoff to engineering smoother.
Asset Creation
Producing the assets a project needs, from icons and illustrations to 3D,and video, using AI tools alongside traditional ones to keep things moving.
UI/UX Design
Interfaces designed around what users actually do. Clarity over decoration, flow over flourish.
Brand Identity
Brand systems and marks for early-stage products, built to extend cleanly into the product itself.
Design Systems
A system which not only helps designer in my team but developers to create repo for scalability in no time.
Development Lifecycle Collaboration
Staying through implementation, with organized assets, specs, and a bit of code where it helps engineering ship.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Working across founders, C-suite, product managers, and policymakers to keep strategy, execution, and decisions aligned.
My Toolbag

that solve real problems.
